I really like straightened hair and after getting the smoothening done, I had been asked to go for complete L’Oreal X-Tenso Range. Hence, I purchased the whole ramge that includes – shampoo, hair masque and serum. I have already shared my review on L’Oreal Professionnel X-Tenso Care Shampoo and L’Oreal Professionnel X-Tenso Care Hair Masque long time ago but forgot to share the review on L’Oreal X-Tenso Care Serum. So, here is its detailed review.

• For relaxed orstraightened hair, apply the serum on dry or wet hair.
• Distribute it delicately from lengths to ends.
• L’Oreal X-Tenso Care Serum is a leave-in serum and so, you do not need to rinse it.
• Rinse it immediately in case of contact with eyes.

Packaging

L’Oreal X-Tenso Care Serum comes in a transparent glass bottle and is provided with a pump dispenser. The dispenser dispenses the product in right amount and comes with a lock mechanism to avoid product spillage. Though, the glass packaging looks classy but it is heavy and moreover, it needs to be handled with care that doesn’t make it travel-friendly.

My Experience With L’Oreal X-Tenso Care Serum

The serum is transparent and has a light consistency as compared to the other hair serums available. L’Oreal X-Tenso Care Serum has a mild floral fragrance that stays for some time in hair and doesn’t last for long. The serum is non-greasy and spreads easily on hair. A little amount of the serum is required at a time. If applied more, can weigh down your hair.

L’Oreal X-Tenso Care Serum makes hair soft, silky and shiny. It helps in detangling hair and controls frizziness as well. I prefer to apply it on dry hair so as to keep my hair manageable and appear shiny. It doesn’t make my hair oily or greasy but the effect stays for around 2 hours and needs re-application.
