How To Use?

Biotique Natural Makeup Diva Shine Lip Gloss comes in a sturdy, transparent plastic rectangular tube. It is provided with a deep brown coloured screw cap to which the applicator is attached. As the packaging is transparent so it is quite easy to identify the shade however, the shade name and number are mentioned on a sticker pasted on the cap. The lip gloss comes encased in a peach and green coloured cardboard box on which some images of roses and a woman’s face can be seen. The outer box bears some product-related details on it. Overall, the packaging is nice, sturdy and travel-friendly.

My Experience With Biotique Natural Makeup Diva Shine Lip Gloss

I have the lip gloss in the shade Sugar Plum CP552 which is a beautiful cool-toned plum shade. It contains a lot of silver and purplish-blue coloured fine shimmers that don’t look over the top. It has a mild sweet fragrance which is not overpowering or headache-inducing.

The lip gloss has a little thick texture however, it spreads easily and smoothly on the lips. It comes with a sponge-tip applicator that has a straight tip with a slight curve in the front. However, it picks up a very little amount of product at a time so, I had to repeatedly dip the applicator back and forth in the ‘tube’ to get decent coverage and colour.

The formula is quite sheer and doesn’t cover any pigmentation on the lips. On pigmented lips, it just gives a slight pinky hue. However, if you want your lips to shine prominently then you can go for this product. As far as I am concerned, I will be using this lip gloss to top up other lipsticks especially the liquid ones with a drying formula. This is because its one swipe gives a nice shiny pout with a fuller and party-ready look along with the moisturization benefit.

As shared above, Biotique Natural Makeup Diva Shine Lip Gloss has a little thicker formula that helps to increase its staying power and also keeps the lips moisturized. Though, it doesn’t feel that heavy or sticky on the lips but you will definitely get the feeling of something-is-sitting-on-my-lips as compared to the lip glosses with a lighter formula.

Like all other lip glosses, this one also transfers and cannot survive complete meals. With light snacks and beverages, it stays on my lips for 3-4 hours which is a decent time. However, I don’t think that I will be buying more shades from this collection as I was looking for a lip gloss that could offer good pigmentation.

Not So Good About Biotique Natural Makeup Diva Shine Lip Gloss
