Blue Heaven is a brand that offers various beauty products at affordable prices. I have already shared my review on recently launched Blue Heaven Non Transfer Lipstick so, you can check that post as well. I believe Elegance matte lip colour was launched last year and my experience with the previous one was good so, I thought to try this lipstick as well. I have purchased it in the shade 06 and here is its detailed review.

Blue Heaven Elegance Matte Lip Colour comes in a frosted plastic bottle and is provided with a black cap to which the applicator is attached. The packaging is quite sleek and travel-friendly.

My Experience With Blue Heaven Elegance Matte Lip Colour

The shade 06 is a bold burgundy colour that will suit all skin tones. The lipstick has a thin consistency though not dripping. It doesn’t have any fragrance which is a plus point for those who are sensitive to fragrances. The applicator provided with the lipstick is not that spongy however, I am pretty ok with it as it picks up the product in the right quantity and helps in the precise application.

The lipstick glides easily on the lips and offers rich pigmentation. It takes 2-3 minutes to get completely dry and settles into a completely matte finish. The best part is that it doesn’t dry out the lips. Unlike other matte liquid lipsticks, this will not give you a stretchy feel. The lipstick is light-weight and is quite comfortable on the lips.

The lipstick claims to have a waterproof and smudge-proof formula so, let’s see whether it fulfills its claim or not. The lipstick is water-resistant and will not bleed on coming in contact with water. The good part is that once it settles down/dries down completely, it is transfer-proof. But if you are having some drinks then it leaves a light stain on the cup/glass. If you will rub the lipstick strongly, then it will smudge. The lipstick stays on my lips for 3-4 hours with light snacks and drinks.

Overall, at a price point of just 105/-, I really liked the performance of Blue Heaven Elegance Matte Lip Colour. So, I would definitely recommend buying these really affordable lipsticks.
