The brand Disguise Cosmetics is quite new for me. However, I have seen some youtubers talking about their lipsticks so, I was really willing to try one. I have this lipstick in the shade 33 Naughty Magenta and here is its detailed review.

Disguise Feather-Light Matte Liquid Lip Cream comes in a transparent, very sleek, plastic tube which is filled with the product so, it is quite easy to identify the shade. It is provided with a small, white & light green coloured screw cap to which the applicator is attached. The lip cream itself comes encased in a white coloured cardboard box bearing the cutout of a feather thereby representing its feather-light property. Overall, the packaging is quite simple, sleek and travel-friendly.

My Experience With Disguise Feather-Light Matte Liquid Lip Cream

As shared above, I have this lipstick in the shade 33 Naughty Magenta which is a beautiful purplish shade and is absolutely my kind of colour. This shade really suits my wheatish skin tone and brightens up my face.

The lip cream has a moussey formula and it glides easily on the lips. The applicator provided is leaf-shaped and is little slanted which makes it quite easy to reach the corners of the lips. Moreover, it is given a hollow centre that picks up the right amount of product and you will not need to dip-in the applicator again and again for a single application. The lip cream is quite pigmented and delivers good colour pay-off in a single go. It takes around 1-2 minutes to settle down and has a mild sweet fragrance that stays for a few seconds so, it will not be bothering for sensitive noses.

Finish & Staying Power

Enriched with organic marula and avocado oil, Disguise Feather-Light Matte Liquid Lip Cream settles into a matte finish. The good part about the lipstick is that it doesn’t settle into the fine lines and doesn’t dry out the lips. The lipstick claims to be feather-light and it fulfills what it claims. It doesn’t feel heavy on the lips and is quite comfortable to wear.

The lip cream is smudge-resistant and transfers a little bit after settling down completely and properly. On my lips, it stays for good 5-6 hours and that too with light snacks and beverages. However, after having a complete meal, it fades from the centre of the lips and needs reapplication.
