The festive season is approaching so I thought to stock up some bright shades and that is why I purchased this lip crayon in the shade Majestic Rose 26. So, here is its detailed review.

Packaging

Faces Canada Ultime Pro Matte Lip Crayon comes in colour coded crayon pencil packaging that needs sharpening. The colour-coded body makes easy to identify the shade. It is provided with a transparent cap that holds the crayon tightly but you need to be a little careful while putting it back on the crayon as it gets dirty. I prefer the twist-up mechanism more as sharpening leads to a lot of product wastage. Other than this issue, the packaging is quite good and is travel-friendly. Moreover, the crayon comes with a sharpener so, you don’t need to look for it. The crayon and sharpener come encased in a black-coloured cardboard box that bears the product-related details except for the ingredient list.

My Experience With Faces Canada Ultime Pro Matte Lip Crayon

Let me start with a positive note. My experience with this crayon was amazing as I believe it is the creamiest, smoothest and the most pigmented lip crayon I have ever used.

The shade Majestic Rose 26 is a deep maroonish shade that will suit all irrespective of skin tones and is perfect for the festive season. It just brightens up the face immediately. The lip crayon has an ultra-smooth, creamy texture and it glides on like a dream. I really love the way it glides on my lips. Next, the good thing about this lip crayon is its pigmentation. It is super-pigmented and you only need to give one swipe to get an opaque colour. With its tip, you can easily line your lips and then can fill in.

The Lip Crayon settles into a comfortable matte finish. It doesn’t dry out the lips and doesn’t accentuate fine lines. You really don’t need to prep your lips before the application.

Though, the lip crayon is not smudge-proof and it transfers as well but hats off to its pigmentation, it seems nothing has been transferred from the lips. On my lips, it stays for 7+ hours. Yes!! I had light snacks and drinks and took one full meal as well. After having a full meal, it fades a little from the inner corners of my upper lip and just needs one touch-up.

Overall, I just Loved, Loved Faces Canada Ultime Pro Matte Lip Crayon and would strongly recommend buying this.
