I really like using lip balms whenever I am at home and not going anywhere. You will find a lip balm in my purse, on my bedside tables and in my makeup kit as well. However, those lip balms could only provide nourishment and hydration and could not offer any colour to my lips. As Lakme Lip Love Lip Care lip balms claim to solve this issue so, I decided to purchase these tinted sticks with creamy centres. Here is my experience.

Texture And Fragrance
The Lakme Lip Love has a smooth buttery texture and a creamy consistency. In addition, it glides on the lips easily and makes my lips soft and supple. It has a sweet candy-like fragrance that fades away after some time of application. It is a non-sticky lip balm and doesn’t feel heavy on the lips.
Staying Power
It has good staying power. Without any meals and drinks, it stays on for about 3-4 hours. Though, it can’t survive meals but can be re-applied whenever necessary to keep the lips moisturized.

Now comes the main question…How effective is this lip balm in keeping the lips moisturized and hydrated? The answer is – it is really very effective. The lip balm keeps the lips hydrated, soft and supple. As far as the case of its colour intensity is concerned, it varies from shade to shade.
