I have undergone hair smoothening process last month from L’oreal. The L’Oreal professional suggested me to use L’Oreal Professionnel XTenso Care range so, I purchased the whole range from L’Oreal outlet only. All the required details like usage directions, product description, the complete list of ingredients, shelf life etc are mentioned on the tub. The packaging is sturdy however, not travel-friendly.

My Experience With L’Oreal Professionnel XTenso Care Hair Masque (Pro-Keratin + Incell)

The masque is white in colour and has a thick creamy texture. It has a mild perfume like fragrance that stays for a day. The masque gets applied on the hair easily and is required in small quantity.

The mask turns hair really soft and gives hair a good volume. My hair look shiny and straight after its use. However, its effect doesn’t stay for long. You will see its results for a single day. The hair get back to the dry and poor condition and moreover, the shine also vanishes.

In addition, I witnessed a lot of hair fall at the time of washing the masque off and even after drying my hair. Though, I am not applying this masque on my hair roots and simply covering the lengths. Even then, I am experiencing a lot of hair fall. So, I am not really satisfied with the masque and so, will not be able to continue with its use.
