Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Gel Review – New Launch

Hi Everyone!! Today, I am sharing the Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Gel Review.

The most quintessential brand – Vaseline has come up with a new skincare product which is infused with the most powerful ingredient – Aloe Vera. Aloe vera is a miracle plant that offers many benefits to our skin, hair and health. Aloe vera has taken a permanent place in my skincare and haircare regime. I use this gel in many ways that I will be sharing with you in this post. I have also shared my review on newly launched Vaseline Lip Therapy Color & Care Chapstick so, you can check that post as well.

My Experience With Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Gel

Appearance Of Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Gel
Appearance

The gel is light green in colour and has a mild refreshing fragrance. The fragrance vanishes after the application so will not be bothering for sensitive noses. On application, the gel transforms into a water-like texture and gives a mild cooling sensation. You just need to give some massage to get this gel absorb into the skin. Once it gets absorbed, it doesn’t feel sticky at all.

Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Gel claims to moisturize the dry skin however, I didn’t find it much effective in this respect. I have dry skin on my body and after taking bath, I applied this gel all over my body but after a few minutes, my skin was crying for moisturisation so, I had to apply a body lotion.

However, there are some other ways in which this gel can be used. The gel also contains menthol that has cooling properties so, it can soothe sunburnt skin. I also prefer to apply the gel after waxing as it acts as a natural soother to reduce the skin’s redness. If you want to get instant relief from minor burns or stings by bees, just apply its layer on the affected area. I also use this gel on my hair to keep them moisturized and smooth. You can simply apply the gel from the roots to the tip of your hair or can mix it with some other ingredients to prepare a hair mask.

So, these are some ways in which Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Gel can be used. If you are looking for a product that can keep your dry skin moisturized, then this product may not be useful for you.
