VLCC Rose water toner comes in a white coloured plastic bottle with a flip cap. A hole is provided for the easy dispense of the product. The cap tightly holds the bottle and there are no chances of spilling. All the necessary details are mentioned on the bottle. The bottle itself comes packed in a cardboard packaging with the same graphics and all the details. The bottle is quite sturdy and travel-friendly.

My Experience With VLCC Rose Water Toner
The toner is totally transparent and has a runny consistency. It has a strong fragrance of roses that doesn’t bother at all. The fragrance lingers on for 5-6 minutes and then subsides. The toner delivers what it claims. On application, it gives a refreshing and calming effect on the skin. It makes the skin soft and hydrated and also gives a subtle glow. Moreover, it is not harsh on the skin and doesn’t irritate eyes. Those who have sensitive skin can easily use it. So, VLCC rose water toner fulfils its claim that it is for all skin types. People with oily skin type can also add this toner to Multani mitti (fuller’s earth) face pack to get the even-toned skin.

Overall, I really liked this toner as it delivers what it claims. Therefore, I would definitely recommend buying this. So, make it a part of your CTM routine to get refreshed, nourished and even-toned skin.
