Packaging Of Nivea Lip Balm Limited Edition Breezy Blackberry

The lip balm comes in a retractable bullet tube and is encased in a vibrant pink and plum coloured cardboard casing. The packaging is such that you can easily see the lip balm and can get a hint of the shade that the lip balm offers. The cap of the lip balm is colour coordinated with the shade of lip balm.

The product description, shelf life, etc is mentioned on the cardboard casing. However, the ingredients list is not mentioned on the packaging. The cap provided on the tube closes with a click sound that makes the product secure. So, it is travel-friendly as well.

My Take On Nivea Lip Balm Limited Edition Breezy Blackberry

The shade Breezy Blackberry is a beautiful plum shade and will suit all skin tones. It gives a nice sheen to the lips as well. The tinted lip balms are the best choice for college going girls who don’t apply lipsticks. Even if you are at home and not going anywhere outside then, you can apply tinted lip balms to moisturize your lips and can get a beautiful pop of colour on them.

Texture And Fragrance

The Nivea Lip Balm Limited Edition Breezy Blackberry has a smooth texture and a creamy consistency. It glides on the lips easily and makes the lips soft and supple. It has a sweet fruity fragrance that fades away after some time of application. Moreover, it doesn’t feel heavy on the lips.

Pigmentation

Out of all the variants, Breezy Blackberry variant is the most pigmented one. However, when I applied it on my lips, it gave the sheen to my lips with a hint of plum shade. It didn’t give the required colour pay off as I was expecting it to give. So, if you want to purchase this lip balm to get the pop of colour on your lips then you should miss this product. Those who have pigmented lips should not go for the lighter shades like Soft Rose and Peppy Peach.

Staying Power

The lip balm has a good staying power. Without any meals and drinks, it stays on for about 3-4 hours. Though, it can’t survive meals but can be re-applied whenever necessary to keep the lips moisturized.

Efficacy

Let’s see how effective is this lip balm in keeping the lips moisturized and hydrated? The lip balm is quite effective in keeping the lips hydrated and moisturized. Furthermore, it is perfect to treat dry and chapped lips and makes them soft and supple.

Not So Good About Nivea Lip Balm Limited Edition Breezy Blackberry

• Less pigmented, doesn’t give good colour pay off
