1. Besan Face Pack
Material Required
- 2 tablespoons of besan (gram flour)
- 1 tablespoon curd/few drops of lemon juice
- A pinch of turmeric
What All You Have To Do
- In a bowl, take besan and add two drops of lemon juice or curd as per availability.
- Now, add a pinch of turmeric.
- Add little water if required to make a paste.
- Apply this paste with the help of a facial brush to your face.
- Keep it for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with plain water.

- If you don’t have rice powder/flour at home then, you can easily prepare it by grinding some rice in a grinder.

- Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Wet your fingertips and give 1 to 2 minutes massage to your face in upward strokes.
- Wash it off with plain water.

3. Milk, Almond & Turmeric Face Pack
Material Required
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of almond powder
- 1 teaspoon of milk
What All You Need To Do
- Take a clean bowl and add all the ingredients.
- Mix them well to make a thin paste.
- If you feel that the consistency of the paste is thick then, you can add more milk.
- Now, apply this paste on your clean face and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the pack with a clean, warm cloth and give a final rinse with cold water.
- Make sure to apply moisturizer to your face.

- Let it sit for about 20-30 minutes.
- Then, wash your hair with a mild herbal shampoo and use cool water.
- Condition your hair well and let it air dry.

This mask is one of my favourite egg hair masks that I use for to control the hair fall and promote hair growth. I use this mask frequently and it gives wonderful results. Onions contain sulphur that helps to promote hair re-growth and also controls hair fall. It helps in stimulating the dormant hair follicles and give rise to new hair.
10. Shea Butter For Deep Conditioning
Material Required
- 1-2 tablespoons of shea butter depending on your hair length
What All you Need To Do
- Take shea butter in a glass bowl and warm it using double boiler method. You can also warm it in a microwave by using a microwave safe bowl.
- Apply this warm shea butter to your scalp and hair.
- Gently massage and leave it on for one hour.
- Using a mild shampoo, clean your hair and follow up with a conditioner.

Shea butter has the ability to soften and condition non-manageable frizzy hair. It is rich in vitamin A and E. These vitamins has moisturizing properties which can nourish your hair from roots to tips. So, it can act as a natural hair conditioner and softener. 11. Yogurt & Amla
Material Required
- 2 tablespoons of Amla powder
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
What All You Need To Do
- Take a clean bowl.
- Now, mix all the ingredients in the bowl well to get a thin paste like consistency.
- You can change the quantities of the ingredients according to your hair length.
- Now, apply this paste to your scalp and hair with the help of your fingers.
- Let this mask stay on for 30-40 minutes.
- You can also tie your hair in a bun and then cover it with a shower cap.
- After 30-40 minutes, rinse the mask off with water followed by a shampoo.

Yogurt (curd) is easily available in every household and offers a lot of hair and skin benefits. It helps in preventing hair loss, acts as a natural conditioner, makes hair smooth, silky and shiny and helps in overcoming dandruff as well. Amla is the richest source of vitamin C and antioxidants. It also contains flavonoids, kaempferol and gallic acid which can help in enhancing the texture of your hair.
