That is why I purchased Vayam Ayurveda Kumkumadi Pure Glow Face Scrub and Vayam Ayurveda Kumkumadi Ultimate Radiance Face Cream. Though, there are some essential oils, powder face packs and night cream also available on the site. So, let’s see how this scrub performed.

Vayam Ayurveda Kumkumadi Pure Glow Face Scrub comes in a dark brown coloured glass jar with a silver coloured screw cap. Beneath the cap is given an extra plastic cover in order to prevent product spillage. However, no spatula is provided with the jar and you need to dip-in your finger to take the product. So, the packaging is unhygienic. Moreover, it is a glass packaging so needs careful handling.

My Experience With Vayam Ayurveda Kumkumadi Pure Glow Face Scrub

The face scrub is off-white in colour and has a creamy texture. It contains a lot of exfoliating granules and has a strong herbal fragrance which I didn’t like.

The scrub spreads easily on the moistened skin and is quite easy to work with. When I started scrubbing I felt that the exfoliating particles are a little coarse and harsh on the skin. So, I would recommend to work with light hands otherwise it can harm your skin. People with sensitive skin types should consider this point before the application.

While scrubbing, I gave more emphasis on T-zone and massaged for 4-5 minutes and then rinsed the scrub off with lukewarm water. Post washing, my skin didn’t feel dry and didn’t scream for a moisturizer.

Efficacy Of Vayam Ayurveda Kumkumadi Pure Glow Face Scrub

The scrub effectively cleansed my face, took away all traces of dirt and grime leaving my skin look fresh and rejuvenated. It erased the dullness of my skin and revealed clean and brightened skin. My skin was looking brightened up, soft, clean and smooth. The scrub also removed whiteheads to a certain extent but if you have deep-seated blackheads then it will definitely require regular usage. As far as its claim of smoothen fine lines is concerned, I cannot comment on that because I don’t have any fine lines yet and moreover, it requires long term usage to see the results.

Overall, Vayam Ayurveda Kumkumadi Pure Glow Face Scrub is effective in deep cleansing of the pores, brightens the skin but is a little harsh on the skin so, make sure to scrub with light hands.
