The lipstick comes encased in a classic Nykaa hot pink cardboard box with all the necessary details mentioned on it. Inside the box lies the matte finished, black coloured cuboid shaped lipstick case in which the bullet resides. The case is provided with a magnetic lid so, it will not open up in your bag. You can find the shade name and number at the base of the lipstick. The manufacturing and expiry date are also printed on the lipstick. Overall, the packaging is quite sturdy, classy and travel-friendly.

My Experience With Nykaa So Matte Lipstick – Devious Pink 03M

Shade, Pigmentation & Fragrance

Devious Pink 03M is a beautiful soft pink colour or rosy pink shade that would definitely suit all skin tones – fair, medium or deep. I absolutely loved the shade as I can wear it every day to my office.

Nykaa So Matte Lipstick – Devious Pink 03M is quite pigmented and requires only 1-2 swipes to get the opaque colour on the lips. Those having pigmented lips can easily use this lipstick as it can hide pigmented lips well. The lipstick has a faint vanilla fragrance that doesn’t stay for long.

Texture & Finish

Enriched with Vitamin E, Nykaa So Matte Lipstick – Devious Pink 03M has a soft and smooth texture. It glides on the lips easily without any tugging or pulling on the lips. Moreover, it doesn’t dry out the lips at all rather, it keeps the lips moisturized. Though, the lipstick claims to be “So Matte” however, it settles into a satiny matte finish and is very comfortable to wear. In addition, it doesn’t highlight the dry patches and doesn’t settle into fine lines of the lips.

Staying Power

Nykaa So Matte Lipstick – Devious Pink 03M stays for 4-5 hours on my lips. The lipstick fades from the inner corners of my upper lips after having light snacks and drinks. However, it fades away from the lower lip after having full meals but leaves a good stain behind. To remove this lipstick, all you need is a wet wipe, swipe it and the job is done.

Overall, I really liked Nykaa So Matte Lipstick – Devious Pink 03M as it glides easily on the lips, quite pigmented, settles into a satiny matte finish, lasts for 4-5 hours, doesn’t settle into fine lines and is quite affordable. Therefore, I would definitely recommend buying this lipstick.
